Sunday 23rd August 4-6.30pm

I’ll be facilitating the journey with a carefully curated powerful set and soundscape featuring an eclectic blend of tech house, tribal rhythms, progressive trance, breakbeat, and even a touch of classic piano house.

Expect to be taken on an emotive musical journey with hypnotic beats, lush synths, and deep, rolling bass to move you from the inside out. (Those who know me will know - it’s all about the bass!) We’ll open the space with a short grounding practice and (optional) cacao to awaken the senses and expand your heart, followed by a guided warm-up and then… we rave! No substances.

No phones. Just rhythm, movement, and pure presence.

Do you feel nervous around inversions in your yoga practice? You’re certainly not alone!

Aerial Yoga can offer us ways to move through our yoga practice in a whole new way. A great way to open yourself up to the feeling of being upside down is by having complete support. In this 2 hour workshop, you will spend your time in a silk hammock finding variations of downward dog, sun salutations and those tricky inversions. The hammock will hold your weight, so you don’t have to!

How often do we carry the weight of "low vibration" or the stigma of being "emotionally stuck"? This one-hour Kirtan session at Heather Yoga is designed to change the record. Led by Mike Auger with guitar and shruti box, we use the ancient power of mantra to clear the mental clutter and awaken our potential.

In the equality of the circle, we’ll move from heavy stillness into vibrant sound. Through call-and-response chanting, we’ll reset the nervous system and rediscover our collective vibrancy. A simple, powerful reset for anyone looking to transition from feeling held, back to feeling "in flow."

No experience is needed and all are welcome. Spaces are limited so please book soon to avoid disappointment. Seats can be provided if sitting on the floor isn't suitable for you.

Flowing Into Stillness: Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Nidra is back this July!

We often return to this in-house workshop as we believe it to be the perfect blend of movement & stillness.

The flowing vinyasa aspect of the practice heats the body and creates physical space; it also sets us up for an easeful transition into stillness since our body has been exerted and our mind has been gathered into the now. Towards the end of the session, we settle into a comfortable supported shape on the earth where we are then guided through a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (aka yogic sleep).

Float away.... in a hammock...🎈

Join Paddy for this immersive and blissful relaxation session.

This is a unique way to relax and let go of all the stress from the week. Leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. He will guide you through a restful practice.

Beginning the session with regulated breathwork & gentle movement with the support of the hammock to help soothe the nervous system.

You will be invited to lay in the silk hammock and gently sway or find stillness, as Paddy guides you through a body scan to drop deeper into rest. Listening to the sounds of the Koshi chimes and the rhythm of the mantra music, meditation bells and the smell of aromatherapy oil creating a multi sensory experience.

Need something more active? Give the Aerial Yoga sessions a go instead!

Collette’s work explores embodied liberation through intuitive movement, somatic practices, and yoga. Her offerings invite participants to connect more deeply with themselves, accessing the rich and transformative landscapes of the body, imagination, and inner awareness.

YIELD (12–3pm)

An Introduction to Tantra, Somatic Movement & Embodied Flow™️ Yoga

YIELD is a deeply immersive experience thoughtfully curated around a carefully crafted soundscape. The workshop includes philosophy, somatic movement, opportunities for journaling and creative reflection, and time for restful integration.

Open to anyone curious about exploring yoga beyond physical postures, this workshop offers a chance to deepen your understanding of yogic practice. Please note, this is not an āsana-based class.

Mantra, Music & The Muse (4–6pm)

An afternoon of mantra chanting, yogic teachings, and contemplative practice, followed by a soothing sound journey led by Georgie Buchanan. Through harp, singing bowls, and song, Georgie creates a nurturing space for deep relaxation and rest.

Perfect for those wishing to enrich their yoga practice and deepen their spiritual connection.
