Indulge in the art of relaxation, allow your body to be fully supported by props in passive yoga poses to gently stretch, relax and open the body, adjusting the nervous system and resting the adrenal glands to melt away physical and mental tensions and promoting deep release, rest & relaxation in the mind and body.

A detailed 5-week programme with Heather, specially designed for anyone who would like to build on foundational yoga postures & breathing, increase your yoga repertoire by exploring & adding in new poses & variations, and learn the Vinyasa style of yoga and its transitions.

You will learn sun salutations variations, hip openers, backbends, standing balances and arm balancing postures. The course is a gradual progression and is perfect for those who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months or have previously completed our Beginners course and attended classes for at least 2 months afterwards.

A fun, thorough and informative 2 hour workshop with Heather which will untangle one of the most practiced yet misunderstood poses within Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga.

This transition is so often swept over and rushed that it can become blurry and confusing which can even lead to repetitive strain. By joining this session, you’ll be setting aside time to really understand what is necessary in this collection of postures so that you can practice safely from an informed understanding.

This workshop includes a mixture of theory, prep, asana, and will allow for relaxation and a Q & A at the end. Hope to see you there!

Join Lorna for this well-rounded programme will provide you with a solid foundation to your asana practice which you’ll have your lifetime to build upon! We will spend time on classical sun salutations, standing poses (including balances), seated poses, twists, hip openers, back bends.

Yoga allows you to develop a connection with yourself and be able to listen in a way you may not have previously been able to. This can mean that you notice niggles before they become injuries, notice tiredness before it turns into exhaustion and find tightness in a muscle before it signals to the brain a severely stressful situation.
