FIRST CLASS ON TUESDAY 4th November is free!

This class is designed to nourish the mind, body and soul! Expect a mix of steady Vinyasa to get your energy flowing, followed by some deep relaxation time, which might come in the form of Yin, Restorative Yoga, guided mediation or pranayama.

In the vinyasa part of the class, we will flow through yoga postures at a steady pace, syncing movement to each breath. The focus on strength, stretch and balance will help to prepare us for a deep state of relaxation.

The second part of the class will provide the opportunity to slow down and pause - we will practice either supported yin or restorative postures, or an extended guided mediation or pranayama technique to relax the body, quiet the mind and soothe the soul. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!

We have classes every day (both online & in the studio). You can find pilates, gentle yoga, dynamic practices, pregnancy yoga, yoga for stress, pay as you feel, ashtanga. We have it all!

All our classes can be booked via our website, which you'll find on our bio Link.

We have drop in & class passes, monthly & annual memberships (with perks), concession passes & pay as you feel (cash) classes. And a young persons (16-20yr old) monthly pass!

If you're new to us, you can try our £20 introductory offer which gives you two weeks unlimited classes, so you can sample and find your favourite classes.

And with @dandelionsaltaire on site too. We are the place to come to for keeping you moving, breathing, connecting & bellies happy too!

You’ll notice we give the flavour of each class with whether it’s gentle, steady or dynamic. We know that this can also be subjective to each person, but we hope it helps guide you to your favourite classes.

This Festive period, we have some extra special workshops coming your way. Including the much loved of Aerial Yoga: Festival Feel & Aerial Relaxation Pod: Winter Wonderful Workshops with @paddyaerialyoga

📅Saturday 3.30-5pm Aerial Relaxation Pod: Winter Wonderland
A more chilled out session, suspended in the hammock you will be guided through a meditative savasana, accompanied by the koshi chimes, meditation bells and aromatherapy oils with a festive feel, then being guided into a meditative state with a Winter Wonderland Yoga Nidra practice. A wonderful way to relax and unwind.

📅Saturday & Sunday 1-3pm Aerial Yoga: Festival Feel
A more dynamic practice, moving in and out of the hammock using familiar poses but also using the support of the silk to try inversions too, with some Christmas themed flips and tricks (all options.) Once the body has moved and rested we will guide you into a meditative state with a Winter Wonderland story.

This November, Debs will lead you through a delightful afternoon mini retreat at Heather Yoga. Immerse yourself in the seasonal beauty with themed Meditation, Qigong, Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. It's a journey of deep relaxation and restoration, harmonising your energies for the fall.
