In this workshop we will consider the chakras mainly from a psychological perspective and explore how harmonising the chakras can lead to us to deeper realisation of what we are and our place in the universal scheme of things.

🧡 Kirtan with Nitya (and Rama)
Sat 1st Nov 5-6.30
Our last Kirtan was so special, so we're super happy with welcome both Nitya & Rama back again with us.
In this practice we come together to chant mantras, often in the sacred language of Sanskrit. Through the powerful sound and vibration of the mantras we can find ourselves going into deep meditative states and experiences of stillness and joy.

Do you feel nervous around inversions in your yoga practice? You’re certainly not alone!

Aerial Yoga can offer us ways to move through our yoga practice in a whole new way. A great way to open yourself up to the feeling of being upside down is by having complete support. In this 2 hour workshop, you will spend your time in a silk hammock finding variations of downward dog, sun salutations and those tricky inversions. The hammock will hold your weight, so you don’t have to!

We have classes every day (both online & in the studio). You can find pilates, gentle yoga, dynamic practices, pregnancy yoga, yoga for stress, pay as you feel, ashtanga. We have it all!

All our classes can be booked via our website, which you'll find on our bio Link.

We have drop in & class passes, monthly & annual memberships (with perks), concession passes & pay as you feel (cash) classes. And a *new* young persons (16-20yr old) monthly pass!

If you're new to us, you can try our £20 introductory offer which gives you two weeks unlimited classes, so you can sample and find your favourite classes.

And with @dandelionsaltaire on site too. We are the place to come to for keeping you moving, breathing, connecting & bellies happy too!

You’ll notice a few changes - some classes are now in-studio only and others are hybrid. We made these shifts with intention, creating space for a stronger sense of community in certain classes, where being together in the room feels extra special, without technology in the way. But it’s all about supporting you to feel part of something special, whether you join us in the studio or from home. We hope you will appreciate these changes with your experience in mind.

We’ve also tried to give the flavour of each class with whether it’s gentle, steady or dynamic. We know that this can also be subjective to each person, but we hope it helps guide you to your favourite classes.

🎃 Join us for some Halloween family yoga fun. Fancy dress welcome – kids and adults!

No yoga experience required and all family members invited. This Family Yoga workshop is a great way to reconnect with each other and smile from the inside out. We will go on a yoga journey together with some music, yoga games, partner poses, and practice some breathing exercises.

We recommend that this workshop is suitable for years 4+ but if you would like enquire about bringing someone younger in your family then please get in touch so that we can let you know more about what is involved.
