Interested in learning more about Teacher Training?

We’re having an open morning here at our studio on Saturday 25th October and we’d love you to join. This is a great opportunity to see the space and ask any questions you might have about this upcoming programme. The open morning includes attendance to our 9.15am Vinyasa class with Vicky free of charge, followed by a cuppa, sweet treat and chat with me.

You’ll be first to find out all the details of our 2026 course (sent to you before anyone else after our open day), PLUS we have a SPECIAL SUPER EARLY BIRD OFFER for those who attend our Open Day or book a 1:1 with me this month. You’ll SAVE an extra amount by attending, on top of our earlybird SAVING OF £400!

Our 2026 course begins in May and runs until October - a 6 month programme to fully prepare you as you embark on becoming a Yoga Teacher.

Kirtan with Nitya ✨

Join us for a heart-opening evening of mantra, music, and connection.
Kirtan is a beautiful, meditative practice of call-and-response chanting that helps quiet the mind and open the heart. Rooted in Bhakti Yoga—the yoga of devotion—it’s not about singing perfectly, but about feeling, presence, and shared energy.

Nitya is delighted to be joined by her dear friend Rama. Nitya and Rama have a deep experience and love of Bhakti Yoga and devotional chanting. They both embrace the heart centred practice of Kirtan with many years of experience. Rama brings his beautiful voice, heart and also guitar and a drum to play alongside Nitya, it is always a journey and is lead intuitively in response to the group, we always have a lot of fun and everyone is welcome!

No experience needed. Just bring your voice, your breath, and your heart. Everyone is welcome.

As part of the @heatheryogauk October celebrations Heather is bringing you the OMNI Rave!

I’ll be facilitating the journey with a carefully curated powerful set and soundscape featuring an eclectic blend of tech house, tribal rhythms, progressive trance, breakbeat, and even a touch of classic piano house.

Expect to be taken on an emotive musical journey with hypnotic beats, lush synths, and deep, rolling bass to move you from the inside out. (Those who know me will know - it’s all about the bass!) We’ll open the space with a short grounding practice and (optional) cacao to awaken the senses and expand your heart, followed by a guided warm-up and then… we rave! No substances.

No phones. Just rhythm, movement, and pure presence.

We’re heading back to my beloved South Goa for another magical week together this Winter!

Tucked away on serene secluded. Beach with the jungle at our back and the ocean at our feet, we’ll spend 8 blissful days living simply and radiantly.
