Alis completed her teaching training with us two years ago and is now a regular teacher at Heather Yoga. She has gone on to create her own online memberships, as well as holding her unique workshops and retreats. She does it her way!

“Teacher Training changed my personal practice by transforming my relationship with myself and my body. Yoga stopped being about how it looked and became about how it felt. I love to create spaces where people can just show up as themselves—to be silly, clumsy, laugh, sigh, and simply be.”

🧡Alis has been a regular teacher at Heather Yoga. She also creates playful and welcoming movement, meditation, and somatic workshops and retreats aimed at fostering self-acceptance, curiosity, and connection—inviting people to explore their bodies with kindness, embrace their uniqueness, and find joy.

This training is just the beginning—where you take it is entirely up to you. Teaching isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about finding what resonates with you and sharing it in a way that feels true to who you are. And sharing it with a community who want unique you!

Festive Family Yoga - A special way to connect and smile Together! 🎉🧘‍♂️

You can join Debs on Saturday 6th December 3 - 4pm for some festive family fun! Fancy dress encouraged!

No yoga experience is required and all family members are invited. This Family Yoga workshop is a great way to reconnect with each other and smile from the inside out. Debs will take you on a yoga journey together with some music, yoga games, partner poses, and breathing exercises.

We recommend that this workshop is suitable for years 4+ but if you would like to enquire about bringing someone younger in your family then please get in touch so that we can let you know more about what is involved.

We’ve just had the most magical time on retreat

We’ve just had the most magical time on retreat in Goa. Here are a few glimmers from our week together.

We’re going again next year Feb-March’26 - there’s only two rooms left, which can be booked solo or shared. And if you book before 30th November, you save £75!

As twilight arrives, dinner is served under the coconut palms serenaded by a soothing soundtrack of cicadas and the ocean waves. Stories are told, laughter is shared, new friendships are formed, and forever memories are made under the light of the moon.

Limited spots left to join me in the beautiful Indian sun, in my home from home!
